We ship all of our orders within the USA by USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation(Tracking Number). Once payment is received all orders get shipped within 48 hours, many times they will go out within 24 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmaion email with tracking number. All orders are carefully packaged to insure the safe arrival of all your items.

International Orders...

All of our international orders go out by USPS Global Priority Mail for international orders, you can just add the item(s) you want to your cart, then check out and pay. When paying please note your telephone number in the "Notes" box for your shipping label. Also please know that the shipping charges are for United States delivery only, you will be contacted by us within 24 hours of your order to let you know what the additional shipping charges are to your country and further payment instructions. If you'd like you may contact our sales department before placing your order to get a shipping quote to your country for the item(s) you want, please email all International sale inquiries to sales@littledogvinyl.com and just like every other order placed at Little Dog Vinyl, your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (most times within 24) from the time payment is received.

Payment...

At this time we only accept payments through PayPal. PayPal is the fast, secure, easy way to make payments through the web from all over the world and is free to use for buyers. Just click the "add to cart button" and that item will be added to your shopping cart and then from there you just have to follow the instructions to complete the check out procedure. Also, you can always check your cart contents by clicking the "View Cart" button.

Product Inventory...

Although we do our best to keep our website updated, our inventory is not in "real time" so in some rare cases the item you ordered may have just sold out, we will do our best to aquire your item for you but if we are not able to fill your order we will issue a full refund for your purchase. If you want you may email us before you order at sales@littledogvinyl.com to make sure the item you want is in stock.

Returns...

Due to the limited nature of the products we sell, all sales made on our website are final, In some cases such as an item arriving broken we will review the problem and issue a refund accordingly.

Sales Tax...

Due to state law all California residents shopping with us will be charged an 8.25% sales tax on their orders.

Misc.

All the items we sell are brand new, and come sealed with all original packaging, unless otherwise noted.
