Collector's Edition Comic-con only release of the documentary "The Treasures of Long Gone John" A limited first edition version with a specially designed cardboard gate-fold package including a pocket containing a reproduction of "A Pirate's Treasure Dream" signed by the artist, Todd Schorr. There are only 500 hand numbered copies of the edition signed by Todd Schorr, Long Gone John and director Gregg Gibbs.
"The Treasures of Long Gone John" is a feature length documentary profiling collector and independent record producer Long Gone John through his art and musical obsessions. Featuring over 40 songs from his record label Sympathy for the Record Industry including Beck, Holly Golightly and The Dwarves. The film profiles four artists from John's collection: Todd Schorr, Mark Ryden, Camille Rose Garcia and Robert Williams, including original animation of their artwork. The scope broadens to expose the expanding "lowbrow" art movement.
